License plates in Vehicle Ads: Google classifies plate modification as “allowed but discouraged.” Our default is a subtle, consistent plate normalization/blur for privacy on gallery views. For your main ad image, you can choose unmodified plate or minimal normalization (no text/overlays), both tested to pass image rules. See official guidance.

How credits work
- Each credit covers 1 Basic VIN (up to 30 images processed). Upgrade a VIN at checkout: + $3 = Pro, + $6 = Studio.
- Unused credits roll forward 7 days then expire; rollover is first‑in, first‑out.
- Rush fees (same‑day/2‑hour/weekend) apply per VIN when selected.
- Overage VINs bill at standard per‑VIN pricing for the selected tier.
- Cancel anytime; plan changes take effect next cycle.

Next-Day (Standard)
- Orders submitted by 7:30 PM PT → delivered by 7:00 PM PT next business day.
- Applies to all MLS photos and all Dealer VIN packages (up to 30 images per VIN).
- Includes QA and re-edits for compliance issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Rush Options (Capacity-based)
- Weeknight Same-Day: +20% (submit by 5:00 PM PT; delivery by ~10:00 PM PT).

What’s your rush policy?
- Weeknight Same-Day: Submit by 5:00 PM PT (Mon–Fri) and receive by ~10:00 PM PT.
- Weekend Same-Day: Submit by 1:00 PM PT (Sat/Sun) and receive by 7:00 PM PT.
- Weekend 2-Hour Windows: When capacity allows, choose a 2-hour window (9–11, 12–2, or 3–5 PT) for +40%.
How long do you keep my photos?
Raw uploads are auto-purged after 30 days. Final deliverables are retained for 90 days for re-download/re-edits, then archived or deleted. Need longer retention? Ask and we’ll set a project-specific window.
Where are edits performed?
Edits are performed in the U.S. using our own secure workflow (automation + human QA). Privacy items (plates, faces, VIN/QR) are auto-blurred first, then verified by a human before delivery.
What’s your re-edit policy?
If an image misses a stated requirement (privacy/compliance), we’ll fix it within 48 hours—no questions asked. Minor preference tweaks are also free within 7 days of delivery.
What are the SLAs for each plan?
Standard: next-day by
