We process user‑submitted images and metadata to deliver editing services. Personally identifiable information (PII) visible in images (faces, license plates, QR codes, VINs) is blurred by default. We retain files for operational purposes and quality assurance for up to 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Vehicle listing details (e.g., VIN) or property details
• Account, billing, and contact information
• Operational logs to ensure compliance and quality

Security

Access to production systems is restricted. All transfers occur over TLS. We apply the principle of least privilege.
