By using PrepReady, you agree to our turnaround targets (next‑day by 7 PM PT for standard queues), scope limits per plan, and compliance policies. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a limited license to process images for the purpose of providing the service.

Re‑edits

Compliance re‑edits within 48 hours are included when an MLS cites a photo rule we claim to meet. Preference tweaks within 7 days are included within reasonable scope.

Prohibited content

No illegal, hateful, or infringing content. We may reject orders that violate policy or applicable laws.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
