TL;DR
Dealers — Google Vehicle Ads
Do
- Use original photos of the actual vehicle (4:3 recommended).
- Deliver overlay-free images (no logos, phone, price, or text).
- Keep the vehicle the focus (no collages; minimal background distraction).
Don’t
- No logos, banners, badges, or text on feed images.
- No generic placeholders in place of the vehicle.
- No watermarks or promotional overlays in the ad feed.
License plates: plate modification is allowed but discouraged. Our default is subtle, consistent plate privacy in galleries and branded sets; for the main ad image we can deliver unmodified or minimally normalized plates on request.
MLS — Branding & Virtual Staging Basics
Do
- Upload property-only photos; keep images free of brokerage/agent branding.
- Disclose virtual staging (caption and, if required, an approved disclosure or watermark).
- Follow your board’s rules on media edits, people/pets, and signage.
Don’t
- No logos/watermarks on listing photos unless explicitly allowed by your board.
- No promotional text/phone numbers on images.
- No misleading edits that misrepresent size, condition, or features.
